Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Shipping Fees are non-refundable are not eligible for store credit unless a wrong item was sent, in which case we will bear responsibility.

Exchange and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can exchange your items for store credit, replace them with other products, or request a refund within 3 days of delivery through the below link. Once your request is approved, it will be processed within 2-5 working days. Please note that additional shipping/handling fees will be deducted.

Before submitting a request and to be eligible for the above, please note the following:

• Undergarments cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
• Item must be unworn and in the same condition it was shipped in.
• Item must be in its original packaging
